35m2 apartments: one living room with open plan kitchen and double bed sofa, one double bedroom and one fully equipped bathroom. From 2 up to 4 people.

75m2 apartments: one living room with open plan kitchen and double bed sofa, 2 double bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Some have outdoor terrace fully furnished. From 2 up to 6 people.

** 11 flats do NOT have Front Desk. Keys delivery and check in have always to be done In 50 Flats placed in Espinosa Street 13. 50 Flats offers  8:00-18:00h hours front desk / 7 days a week. It is 5 minutes far from 11 Flats by car and 12 minutes walking. Please note that from May 20th 2013, keys must be collected at Lonja street 4, “Home Youth Hostel” building, 24 hours reception.

** All apartments are perfectly clean, Kitchen fully equipped. Apartments include towels and bath soap.

** Cleaning service every 3 days. All apartments are equipped with a cleaning kit for maintenance. For regular cleaning please check with Reception

** Check in time: 4:00 pm – Check out time: 11:00 am.

** Do NOT have private parking

** Supermarkets in the area.

How to arrive to our daily rental apartments

You can travel to Valencia in many ways, and you’ve also got many ways to get to 11 FLATS:

From the airport: Take line 5 of the subway and get to the Xátiva stop. When you get out you’ll see a McDonald’s (in front of the Plaza de Toros and Estación del Norte). Take bus number 5. You’re on the 786 XATIVA-MARQUÉS DE SOTELO stop. 8 stops later you’ll get to the 1305 GUILLEM DE CASTRO — LLIRIA one. If you go a bit further, you’ll find on your right Salvador Giner street. Stay on it because it becomes Alta Street and in number 22, in the blue building, you’ll find us. Welcome! Another option is taking a taxi, which will take approximately 15 minutes and will cost around €20.

From the port: Right at the main door of the Port of Valencia you can find Juan Verdaguer Street. Look for the stop for bus number 2. It’s 1590 JUAN VERDAGUER-PORT. Get ready, because you’ve got a long trip ahead. Get down at the Jardín Botánico (Botanical Garden) at the 1574 FERRAN EL CATOLIC-PETXINA stop. Walk along the old Turia riverbed and look for Corona street. Continue until the intersection with Alta street and turn left. In number 22, in the blue building, there we are.

From the bus station: Regular bus lines from all Spain get to this station. If you came by bus, from here you can get to 11 FLATS very easily: you’ve only got to leave the station, turn left and cross the old Turia riverbed until the Puente de las Artes (Bridge of the Arts). Right in front you’ll find NA JORNADA street and the IVAM Museum. Continue on Alta street, turn right and in number 22, you’ll find us.

From the train station: In Valencia, there are two train stations, but you should get down at the second and last one, Estación del Norte (Northern Station). Once you’re there, leave the station from the main door and right in front you’ll find the stop for bus number 5. It’s the 786 XATIVA-MARQUES DE SOTELO stop. 8 stops later you’ll be in the 1305 GUILLEM DE CASTRO-LLIRIA one. If you continue, a little bit further you’ll find, on the right, Salvador Giner street.
