Our Holiday apartments:

35 square meter apartment– One living room with open plan kitchen and sofa, single bed, one double bedroom and fully equipped bathroom. The whole apartment in faced to Doctor Collado Square. From 1 to 3 people capacity (third person will sleep in a convertible sofa).

** 4 flats has NOT Reception. Check in and keys delivery has always to be done in Home Youth Hostel placed in Lonja Street 4 (+34 96 391 62 29) 30 metres far from 4 Flats. Home Youth Hostel offers 24 hours front desk / 7 day a week.

** All apartments are perfectly clean. Kitchen fully equipped. They have towels and bath soap.

** Cleaning service every 3 days. All apartments are equipped with a cleaning kit for maintenance. For regular cleaning please check with Reception

** Check in time: 4:00 pm – check out time: 11:00 am

** NO private parking. We suggest you to park in Mercado Central Parking.

** Supermarkets in the area.

How to arrive to our daily rental apartments:

From the train station: 15 minute walking. From the main exit go straight to City Hall Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento). Once you see the Fountain on your right keep walking until Citibank. Go through Maria Cristina Avenue placed on your left until Central Market and just before arriving at the Main Gate of Lonja you will see steps on your right. Go through these steps and keep straight until Doctor Collado Square where the apartments are located. On your left it is Hôme Youth Hostel where you will have to check in. From the AVE Station it is very easy to arrive at 4 flats, take BUS EMT which brings you in front of the Central Market and next to Lonja of Valencia, 4 flats is just 50 meter far from the Bus stop.

From the airport: if you arrive at the airport from 5:30 a.m. to 23:00 p.m. the best way to reach 4flats is taking the metro that will bring you just in front of Train Station (North Station). Take line 5 (green) and get off in Xativa stop. If you arrive at the airport later the best option is to take a taxi. It will cost you between 15 and 20 euro and it will take 15 minute (depending on traffic). Tell the taxi driver that brings you to 4 Lonja Street – Home Youth Hostel. From the bus station: Come out of the station and take Bus number 8. Get off in Queen Square (Plaza de la Reina) and on your right in a corner you will see a Mc Donald´s. Go through Corregiría Street until the end and turn left through Purisima Street to keep going through old Estameñeria Street until Doctor Collado Square where the apartments are placed. Once in the square you will see Lisboa Café and el Kiosko Bar. You should go to Home Youth Hostel placed 20 meter far from the square, in Lonja Street where to check in.

From the port: Once you come out of the Port go to France Avenue (Avenida de Francia) and take bus number 19. Get off in the City Hall Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento) and go through Maria Cristina Avenue. Once you arrive at Central Market you will see a historic monument: the Lonja of Silk. The apartments are in Doctor Collado Square just behind the Lonja. Go to Home Youth Hostel to check in (4 Lonja Street). A taxi from the Port can cost you between 10 to 15 euro and it will take from 10 to 15 minute.
