40 m2 apartment in valencia: One living room with open plan kitchen and sofa, single bed, double bedroom and fully equipped bathroom. The whole apartment is faced to Serrano Towers. From 1 to 3 people capacity (third person will sleep in a convertible sofa).

Suite penthouse apartment: 3 floor flat. First floor: large living room with open plan kitchen, convertible sofa and fully equipped bathroom. Second floor: one king size bed and 3 single beds. Third floor is an amazing solarium terrace seeing at Valencia. From 2 up to 6 people capacity (one person sleeping at the convertible sofa).

By the way if you are looking for penthouse in Valencia, for a few more money you can have the double of squared meters and private balcony seeing at the whole city.

** 5 flats do NOT have Front Desk. Keys delivery and check in have always to be done In 50 Flats placed in Espinosa Street 13. 50 Flats offers  8:00-18:00 hours front desk / 7 days a week. It is 5 minutes far from 5 Flats by car and 12 minutes walking. Please note that from May 20th 2013, keys must be collected at Lonja street 4, “Home Youth Hostel” building, 24 hours reception.

** All apartments are perfectly clean, Kitchen fully equipped. Apartments include towels and bath soap.

** Cleaning service every 3 days. All apartments are equipped with a cleaning kit for maintenance. For regular cleaning please check with Reception

How to arrive to our apartments in Valencia

You can travel to Valencia from different ways likewise you can arrive at 5 FLATS:

From the Airport: take 5 line (green) to Xativa. In front of the train station it the bus stop, take bus number 5 (red). First old towers that you will find are Quart Towers do not get off. Next towers are SERRANOS towers. The white building behind the towers just in the corner …that’s 5 FLATS! A taxi cab can cost you 20 euros and will take from 15 to 20 minutes to arrive.

From the Port: if you turn right when coming out of the airport you will find the tramway. Take it and switch in the MARITIM – SERRERIA stop to COLON. Do not worry for the line you take, all go through that stop. Once in Colon take bus number 5 (red). First old towers that you will find are Quart Towers do not get off. Next towers are SERRANOS towers. The white building behind the towers just in the corner … that’s 5 FLATS! A taxi cab can cost you around 18 euros and will take from 15 to 20 minutes to arrive.

From the Bus Station: You are very close to the apartments, just a few minutes walking. Just turn left when coming out of the station. 10 minutes later you will see Serrano Towers at the other side of the river. Do not worry because you will recognize them quickly; it the castle shape building with a large flag on the top. If you prefer you can take bus number 80 or 1 just in front of the Station and get off in the first stop as soon as the bus crosses the old course of River Turia. You will have arrived at 5 FLATS. A taxi will cost you from 5 to 6 euros and it will take less than 5 minutes.

From the Train Station: In front of the train station it is the bus stop, take bus number 5 (red). First old towers that you will find are Quart Towers do not get off. A taxi cab can cost you 10 euros and will take from 8 to 10 minutes to arrive.

From the AVE station: there are many hotels close to AVE Station of Valencia but any like 5 Flats, the best daily rental apartments in Valencia. Joaquin Sorolla Station also known as provisional Station of AVE o Valencia-Término, it is the provisional station for high speed rail of Valencia. Placed in the City Centre, 800 meters far from the south of the North Station. The main entrance to the station is placed in San Vicente Martir Street but it also has another entrance in the Maestro Sosa Street crossing Filipinas street. It is well connected to MetroValencia net, to two stations (Joaquín Sorolla and Bailén) a few minutes walking from the station. The best way to arrive at 5 flats is taking the metro 60 meter from the station: Joaquin Sorolla station and going to the metro station Pont de Fusta, this stop is next to 5 flats. By taxi it will cost around 10 euros. Also there is an EMT bus stop very close to the Station and brings you very close to Serrano Towers, where our daily apartments in Valencia 5 flats is placed.
