1. Water, light and electricity bills are included in the price?
Yes, all the water, light and electricity charges are included in the price so you won’t be startled.No water or energy extra charge.
2. Is cleaning included?
Yes it is, the frecuency depends on each building, every three days and without any charge.
3. Are pets allowed?
Only in our buildings Valenciaflats Port Saplaya Apartments or in our building HotelApartment Wellness Flats and it has an additional cost, you should look it up in the building reception before booking.
4. Is there free WIFI? And wired?
Yes there is, practically all our buildings have free WIFI and free Internet.Look it up into each building list to be sure.
5. Must I fetch sheets and towels?
You don’t need it. We’ll give you the towels as many times as you need them.
6.. Is there hair dryer?
Most of our buildings have a hair dryer in the apartments. Ask first at the building reception.You maycontact us here.
7.. Why the price doesn’t change?
Our pricing system is quite similar to the one to book plane tickets, so, this way works depending on the demand. This is an advantage so you can save money if you plan in advance your holiday time or you can take advantage of the best prices in the less demanding time periods….. great for getting away to Valencia!
