Valencia Flats offers 163 apartments to rent, distributed in 5 private buildings located in the best areas of the city. We have holiday apartments from 35 m2 up to 75m2, with the best hotel services. They are ideal for short and long term stays due to wide space, good quality and value.
Valencia Flats manage their own holiday rentals, including in our rates: water and electricity bills, linen, towels and Internet. Our services are very similar to Valencia city centre hotel services and even better, because we offer more space, more comfort, greater independence and considerable savings. All aparthotels are fully equipped and have kitchen, very cheap short term rentals. Our 5 building are:
50 Flats holiday apartments: City Center with 24hrs Reception and private parking
40 Flats holiday apartments: close to the City of Arts and Sciences with 24hrs Reception and private parking, the same services as a hotel in the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia and a hotel next to Formula 1.
11 Flats holiday apartments: City Center, Carmen Neighbourhood.
5 Flats holidays apartments: City Center, in front of Torres de Serranos.
4 Flats holidays apartments: located in the Valencia City Centre, next to Central Market and Silk Market.
ValenciaRental Flats: our new building with Reception from 08:00am to 10:00pm and private parking close to Valencia Convention Center, Valencia Airport and Valencia Congress Center.
All apartments are fully equipped, bills included, private parking, 24 hours Front Desk and the same services as a hotel in Valencia.
