1. Water, light and electricity bills are included in the price?

Yes, all the water, light and electricity charges are included in the price so you won’t be startled. No water or energy extra charge.

2. Is cleaning included?

Yes it is, the frecuency depends on each building, every three days and without any charge.

3. Are pets allowed?

No. in our aparthotels or hotels in Valencia is not allowed to bring pets.

4. Is there free WIFI? And wired?

Yes there is,  all our buildings have free WIFI.

5. Must I fetch sheets and towels?

You don’t need it. All apartments are provided with towels and linen.

6.. Is there hair dryer?

Yes, all apartments are provided with a hair dryer. In case you need an extra hairdryer please contact reception.

7.. Why the price doesn’t change?

Our pricing system is quite similar to the one to book plane tickets, so, this way works depending on the demand. This is an advantage so you can save money if you plan in advance your holiday time or you can take advantage of the best prices in the less demanding time periods….. great for getting away to Valencia!

8.. I don’t see immediately facebook or  AVE  discounts while booking….What should I do?

Be patient, if you have introduced the code correctly when finishing your transaction you’ll see the discounted percentage in a end note.
